A Legacy of Compassion, Rooted in Community

Founded in 2025, the Mable Gaskin Charitable Foundation is a private family foundation devoted to nurturing the sustainability and well-being of communities.
Inspired by the life and legacy of Mable Gaskin-a beloved matriarch remembered for her compassion and for opening both her heart and home to the Drax Hall Jump Community in Barbados-the Foundation carries her spirit forward.
Created in her honor, the foundation continues her lifelong commitment to giving back, uplifting others, and strengthening the community she so deeply cherished.

Our Objectives

The objectives of the foundation are to:

Our vision is to cultivate hope, compassion, empathy, and goodwill within the community during times of economic uncertainty, a reality experienced in many Barbadian homes. The Foundation also aims to encourage a spirit of giving, affirming that charity begins and grows within the community.

Our Mission

Our purpose is to be a light in moments of uncertainty. Through community drives, monetary and non-monetary donations, fundraising efforts, and outreach programs, the foundation serves as a beacon of hope for people of all ages.
